240 kilometers of cycling fun in North Rhine-Westphalia—more specifically, between the Sauerland and the Ruhrgebiet.
No other river in Germany combines (industrial) culture and nature in such a compact area as the RuhrtalRadweg. Starting at the source of the Ruhr at Ruhrkopf near Winterberg, a wide variety of experiences string together like a string of pearls all the way to the Rheinorange in Duisburg.
